MAT PILATES
This Mat Pilates class is designed to strengthen and tone your entire body, focusing on core stability, flexibility, and alignment. Whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, this class will meet you where you are. Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout, allowing you to tailor the workout to your individual needs and goals. Join us for a mindful and invigorating session that promotes balance, posture, and overall well-being, leaving you feeling refreshed and empowered.
Participants are encouraged to go bare-foot or wear the gripping Pilates socks. Bring a yoga mat, drinking water, and a towel.
ACTIVE STRETCH AND CORE
This group exercise format is intended for all levels. Multiple variations of suggested movements will be offered throughout the class and participants are encouraged to pick the option that works best for them. This class combines dynamic stretching with targeted core exercises to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness. Through a series of active movements, participants will work on lengthening muscles and increasing range of motion while also engaging core muscles for stability and strength. This class aims to improve posture, prevent injury, and leave you feeling invigorated and balanced.
Comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, a yoga mat, towel, and a water are recommended.
YOGA ALL LEVELS
This yoga class is designed to welcome and challenge practitioners of all abilities. This class focuses on linking breath with movement to create a dynamic and fluid practice. The class will guide you through a series of postures that build strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications and variations will be offered to ensure everyone can practice safely and effectively, whether you are a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or an experienced yogi aiming to deepen your practice. Join us to enhance your physical fitness, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body.

ZUMBA
Zumba is a dance fitness group exercise format that combines international music with energetic dance moves. It is often described as a dance party rather than a workout and is designed to be fun and social. Zumba classes can be geared for any fitness level and
often offers moves that target the core, legs, and glutes. Zumba can help build stamina, burn calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase strength, and flexibility. Zumba classes are versatile and can be adapted to your preferences and workout style.
You do not need any specific equipment to participate, just yourself and enough space to dance. .
